Client Software Support [Download Job Posting]
We are seeking a Dallas-Fort Worth based Support staff-member to work with a small team, supporting a growing web-based mortgage lending software system.
We are looking for an experienced, organized, self-starter who is capable of working independently or in a small group, on individual tasks and larger projects.
You must have the ability to effectively communicate effectively and professionally with clients, peers, and management. The candidate must have experience or an
understanding of mortgage lending processes from origination, pricing, underwriting, compliance, and closing/funding.
Senior Web Application Developer [Download Job Posting]
We are seeking an experienced, senior-level web developer to work with a small team, further developing an existing web-based software system.
We require a motivated self-starter capable of working independently or in a small group, on individual tasks and larger projects, with minimal supervision.
You must have the ability to effectively communicate with peers and management throughout the development process. Flexibility and broader competence in project
management and maintaining production systems is ideal, though not required.
The Senior Web Application Developer will be reporting to a single Development Manager and, in addition to program design and coding, will be required to provide
leadership in formulating project plans and objectives, understanding architectural considerations, and working with support staff and client users to ensure that
the application meets business requirements. Because much of the work will be performed within the scope of the existing software, there will be time spent in
understanding the existing system, along with business concepts and requirements.
